Leadership
KitsWest Capital is led by Mike Busch, Founder & Managing Partner. Mike is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
Mike’s background spans corporate finance, valuation, restructuring, and accounting, with prior experience at KPMG, Grant Thornton, Kluane Partners, and the Bowra Group. Across these roles, he has worked on a range of financial and strategic mandates involving privately held businesses, special situations, and transaction-driven engagements.
