Mike is a seasoned CPA with extensive experience in investment banking and accounting. He has advised companies on a range of strategic financial matters, including debt / equity capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and corporate restructuring.

Over his career, Mike recognized a gap between the financing offered by lenders and the terms sought by businesses and investors. KitsWest was founded to bridge this gap by aligning lender expectations with client objectives through tailored deliverables, a competitive solicitation process, and the expertise needed to drive transactions to close.
